From the villa and the terraces and the garden you have splendid views on the Mediterranean sea. Air conditioning in all rooms, heating, and alarm. Private garage. gated entrance. There is a nicely large private swimming pool in the garden, with several terraces. Very quiet and peaceful plot, entirely fenced garden. Situated on approximately 5 minutes (by car) towards the sea and the beautiful sandy beaches of Alcossebre. In the very nice centre of Alcossebre you find all required shops, a lot of restaurants and bars, the yacht-harbour (port) where are also a lot of restaurants established. And splendid large sandy beaches, which are well known as the most beautiful and most clean beaches of the region. The rental prices per week are in July and august: € 750. - a week. June and September: € 550. - a week. The rest of the year € 400. - per week.
