Full Description: The house is brand new on a newly built development of houses. It would make an ideal home for a family working in Prague or an great investment as a rental income property.
If you are unaware of the Nupaky area, it is to the East of the Cityof Prague and is a lovely quiet village but is within easy reach of the City Centre if you need it.
About 5-10 mins by car away is the Pruhonice shopping complex. It includes a huge hypermarket, Hypernova, Centrum Shopping Centre, Electro World, Kika (furniture shop), Bauhaus (DIY), Giga Sport, restaurants and also the largest aqua park in Central Europe (which was finally finished last year after years of planning).
There is also a school and kindergarten in the village as well as restaurants, shops and public transport. The D1 motorway will take you straight into the City Centre by car or there is the Chodov Metro station about 7 min away which will get you into the City Centre via underground.
The house has never been lived in and has been fully furnished with everything except a fridge. Furniture includes sofas, beds, cabinets, dining table and chairs, washing machine etc. etc. You can see most of it from the pictures above. If you wish to provide any of your own furniture we are happy to arrange for any of the current furniture to be removed.
The house is arranged over three floors. On the ground floor as you enter the front door there is a small hallway with a downstairs toilet in front of you under the stairs. To the left you enter the main living/dining area which consists of a kitchen at the front of the house and the rest of the ground floor is a living/dining area which is all open plan and very spacious. This backs onto the rear garden via sliding patio doors and a wooden terrace.
From the living area are the stairs up to the first floor. Here you will find the main bathroom in front of you. To the left (front of the house) is the first bedroom, which is currently arranged as a snug/living room. To the rear of the house is the second bedroom which has a mezzanine floor with balcony which uses part of the roof space.
From the main stairs you go up onto the second floor (the roof space) and the remainder of the roof space is the third bedroom. This is fitted with Velux windows which give a light and spacious feel and give great views. The rear garden is currently laid to lawn and to the front of the house is a driveway with private parking for one car. There is additional parking on the road if required but this is not allocated.

Dům je zcela nový v nově postavené rozvojové oblasti. Je to ideální domov pro rodinu pracující v Praze, nebo skvělá investice jako příjem z pronájmu.
Pokud neznáte oblast Nupaky, nacházejí se na východ od Prahy v okoíi krásné klidné vesnice, která je v blízkém dosahu centra města.
Cca 5-10 minut autem je nákupní komplex Průhonice. Obsahuje obrovský hypermarket, Hypernova, Centrum nákupní centrum, Electro World, Kika (prodejna nábytku), Bauhaus (DIY), Giga sport, restaurace a také největší aquapark ve střední Evropě (který byla konečně dokončena v loňském roce po letech plánování ).
V obci také najdete školu a školku, stejně jako restaurace, obchody a veřejnou dopravu. Dálnicí D1 se dostanete přímo do centra města autem, nebo na stanici metra Chodov je to asi 7 minut jízdy, kde pak můžete použít metro do centra.
Dům zatím nebyl zabydlen a je plně vybaven (kromě lednice). Nábytek zahrnuje sedací soupravy, postele, skříně, jídelní stůl a židle, pračka atd. . Větsinu lze vidět na výše uvedených fotkách. Pokud byste chtěli koupit dům bez nabytku není problem zařídit dům vyklidit před prodejem.
Dům je uspořádán na třech podlažích. V přízemí, u předních dveří je malá předsíň s WC v prostoru pod schody. Na levé straně vstup do hlavního obývacího pokoje / jídelny, která se skládá z kuchyně v přední části domu a zbytek přízemí je obývací pokoj / jídelna, která je celá jako otevřený plán a velmi prostorný. Vzadu jsou posuvné balkonové dveře na dřevenou terasu do zahrady.
Z obývacího prostoru jsou schody nahoru do prvního patra. Zde najdete hlavní koupelnu před vámi. Na levé straně (předek domu) je první ložnice, která je v současné době uspořádána jako útulný / obývací pokoj. K zadní části domu je druhá ložnice, která má mezanin s balkonem, který využívá část půdních prostor – vhodný pro dětský pokoj nebo pracovnu.
