Location & Directions
The beautiful village of Tersefanou is located on the outskirts of Larnaca, 8km from Larnaca International Airport and just short drive from the delightful villages of Kiti and Pervolia with their selection of bars, restaurants and local tavernas.

Traditional
The village has still retained much of its tradition and culture and a stroll through the village will reveal the 18th century church of St. George of Arpera which is sited alongside the village square. Here you can relax with the Cypriot locals and enjoy a coffee or refreshing drink. On the edge of the village, you will find a charming and delightful chapel which is open to visitors and perhaps, light a candle or two and have complete solitude.

Within easy reach of the cosmopolitan city of Larnaca where you have access to all modern amenities, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets and of course Marks & Spencer’s, as well as the many bars, restaurants and busy night-life this lovely city has to offer. Golf

In addition to the other wonderful golf courses on Cyprus, a further golf course is planned at Tersefanou. It will be less than 400m from the village centre and is scheduled for completion in 2010. The new Tersefanou Golf & Country Club is expected to be an 18 hole PGA approved course and will boast a five-star hotel and spa facilities.

Accessable

Located just off the main motorway linking Larnaca with Limassol, Tersefanou allows easy access to all parts of the island. Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, is just a 40min drive away and is the last remaining city with a dividing wall that separates the north and south of the island.

Out & About

Ayia Napa and Paralimni with their stunning beaches and Waterpark, is just a 30min drive. Paphos can be reached within 1h 20min and a visit to the harbour at Kato Paphos is well worth a visit.
Skiing

For skiing in the winter months Tersefanou is approximately a 1h 15 minute drive away from Mount Olympus in the Troodos Mountains. Skiing on the mountain usually starts in January through until the end of March. You may even be lucky enough to spot the reclusive Cypriot Moufflon, an indigenous wild mountain sheep that was hunted to the verge of extinction and now survives with an estimated 200 breeding pairs in the protected reserve of the Paphos forests.

Towels and linens are included. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival and will be inspected after your departure. If additional cleaning services are required, please advise what you require and when. see additional rates.

Accessibility: The apartment is on the first floor and does have a lift. This as good accommodation for guests with mild mobility problems but not severe ones as there has been no adaptions/alterations made or special hand rails provided in the apartment.

Further details outdoors:
There is a good sized child friendly pool with sunbeds and parasols. Dreamland family fun park is just a few minutes away and so to is the camel park. The new 5 star golf, sheduled for 2012 is also just a few mins away. The village has traditional taverns, local shops and coffee bars, which are only a short walk from the apartment.

Please ask if you'd like to pay in euros. For stay of 2 weeks or longer there is a discount of 5%. Late bookings and repeat guests will get a 10% discount. Long term bookings welcome -please ask for details

A deposit of 25% is required to book with the balance due 4 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £250 is required which will be refunded within 14 days of the end of your holiday after the final inspection of the apartment.

We can accept payments by cash cheque or bank transfer in GBP.
